So update: I think I can fix it with a trip to the regular hardware store. :)

Long story. I also posted over on TubeNet.

I have one of the Amati Kraslice BBb tubas just like the Cerveny 681s from the same factory. And I need a single rotor. I’m not sure what all the individual parts are called. But I need the rotor itself with the spindle, top screw, and most importantly the part that fits on the spindle that my existing linkage connects to. I have a perfectly good rotor in there now all except it’s not a match for my horn so the 2nd valve is ridiculously out of alignment and doesn’t rotate enough open or closed (because the linkage is too close to the spindle compared to the correct one and it prevents itself from rotating to the bumpers). Not disclosed by the seller and I’ve waited to long for any recourse. So trying to salvage the horn and make it playable.

Any leads are welcome.

Cheers
