Edit: I sold this bell back in December. Got all the way to Germany where it was supposed to go but the buyer didn’t didn’t pick it up. I will not be shipping internationally.
Hello,
Today I am selling my Q36 cut bass bell. It plays much better than the original Q36 bell. More core and vibrancy to the sound. Holds up much better under loud dynamics too. It also played better than my artist model Blair Bollinger bell before I cut it! Comes with a Marcus Bonna copy case. Fits double thayers very comfortably. $900 + shipping. OBO. I would rather not separate the two.
The bell also has an unfortunate ding that I have no idea how it happened. There’s also evidence of lacquer burn on the bell, but it does affect how the bell plays.
I also have an Alessi valve cap for sale. Will only fit custom series valves not Q series valves. It’s made of bronze instead of yellow brass and I think it gives the valve a more warm sound. $100 + shipping.
