I just bought an oval baritone "Forza" Brand (?)

It takes a Euro Shank

Who makes a mouthpiece with this shank?

Schilke 51D, Wick 4AM or 5BM, or Brian Bowman BB1 (now made by Griego) are the standard and most readily available Euro shank mouthpieces. Wick is probably the easiest/cheapest to get a hold of, and the 4AM works nicely. Some Bach sizes are available for steep upcharge and likely a long wait. Doug Elliott can also accommodate euro shank, if you like his approach.

Or you can get a different receiver installed to take standard mouthpieces.

I like the 4AM on a Euro shank euphonium but for oval horn (either Tenorhorn or Bariton) the JK (Josef Klier) options are my preferred choice. They‘re available with a range of rim and cup sizes. In my opinion they are well-made and available for a reasonable price.

Denis Wick is the best best for affordability and variety of options in a mass market offering. Schilke has the option, but only in a few sizes (51D and maybe a few others) and charges a premium for the service. Hammond will make you a Euro shank for a $50 upcharge. I play a BB1 from Griego, though that's a fairly polarizing mouthpiece in euphonium world and comes in a little on the pricey side.

tldr: Denis Wick (the Steven Mead line in particular) if you're feeling more budget conscious, Doug Elliott if price is less of a concern (if you find what you like, you can also get a large shank and you have some flexibility if you play a large shank horn).

I make Euro shanks (and variations and anything you might want) for all of my cups, and I don't charge extra.

I use Doug's EI6 shank on the Euro shank trombone I have. Also want to try it in my G Bass, but haven't had a chance.

Kelly 5G or 51D in lexan lists for $34. Good enough for you to figure out if the horn is worthwhile. If you decide you like the horn, you can look into more expensive options. If you don't like it, at least now you're selling it on with a mouthpiece included.
