I bought this with my shires and haven’t wanted to sell because it’s cool but i have no use for it. My Minick is staying with me though. Here’s what the original owner wrote about it.

This is a unique bell I've had for a while. From what Noah Gladstone told me when I bought a trombone from him about 7 years ago, this bell is a prototype bell by Yamaha when they were developing Doug Yeo's 822G Xeno model. It is stamped only with G1K622 EH, which leads me to believe that this bell was developed after the 622 and its later iterations would become the 822. If someone knows more, please let me know, but I'm going off of what Noah told me plus my own observations and experience having played both a 622 and an 822. The bell has Shires mounts so it is ready to be put on either the custom or Q-series horns.

That all said, it's a very nice playing bell. To me it blows almost like a good Bach 50 bell, but with a bit more core/compact/density and not as wide or woofy. This has been my primary back-up bell since I bought it 7 years ago (and a primary horn on some occasions).

It's in decent condition - significant lacquer wear across the bell flare in little spots. No major dents at all and only about a dozen small mute dings.

I agree with everything said above, has lots of beefy core but still very clear. Very nice bell, don’t really want to see it go

Priced at $700, which is a bit high but i couldn’t let it go for less. Interested in trades too
