WTB: Parke Friedman 1000-680 mouthpiece

I'm wondering if anyone happens to have a Parke Friedman 1000-680 mouthpiece laying around that they might want to get rid of. I'd prefer if they were gold plated and in good condition. The 1000 refers to the rim and the 680 refers to the cup.
