can i fit up my normal Courtois alto with the trill valve tuning slide? Does it fit into the tuning slide receivers?

Yeah- it's part of the tuning slide so you should be able to just get a new tuning slide that has the valve. I got mine from Dillon Music- it might be worth giving them a call to see if it's possible to purchase just the part.
