This is an LM Old "Standard" TIS bell section from the 1910s. The J-tube is in good shape. There's some discoloration to the gold wash inside the bell, and two 1/2" square spots where bumpers in the case wore off the gold plate, but it's in good shape for its age. I tried it out with a '30s LM TIS slide, and it worked well. The sound wasn't noticeably different from the 8" bell on my later-model horn.
