For sale is my German-made B&S tenor trombone bell section only (under the F. Schmidt badge -- not to be confused with the current variant made in China); this is the exact same horn as the Courtois Challenge II tenor trombone. An Instrument Innovations rotary valve was installed by brass guru Eric Edwards over a year ago along with Edge Bracing. This bell flare is the same gauge as a Corp. vintage and the slide receiver/locking ring are a direct fit to Bach 42/50 slides. The valve action is super quiet and smooth, thanks to its authentic German Minibal linkage system. This trombone plays like an great Bach 42BO, as you've probably heard/read somewhere. These B&S stencil horns are hidden gems and are a steal for anyone less concerned about branding than they are with the sound they can achieve. This complete bell section does not come with a case, but will be packaged very carefully with ample bubble wrap. $700 shipped to CONUS, PayPal accepted.
