New posts vs Unread posts buttons

The past few days it has seemed like the "New posts" and "Unread posts" have been working oddly and not consistently. Has anybody been changing something about that?
Also I've had some posts appear twice when I post and I think I only clicked once. When I notice it I delete one, but I'm wondering why it happens.

Must be those magic mushrooms you had for breakfast.....
I haven't noticed anything strange happening. Maybe log out & back in to clear your browser cache?

No changes in a few weeks. Though I do notice that we're not on the most current version as of a few days ago so we'll have to update that soonish. I haven't had the issue either fwiw but that doesn't mean it isn't happening to you. Try clearing your cache as Eric suggested -- if it doesn't fix it I can take a look at PHP logs and see if anything jumps out at me.
