SOLD: Los Angeles Olds Ambassador

Olds Ambassador, late Los Angeles model (1954?). SN 123XXX.
Another horn I’ve had since about 2002. I mainly used this as a backup horn. Marched with it a little bit, took it on a jazz band trip to China when I didn’t want to risk my 4H (also listed in this forum). Let my kids try it out when they were little. It’s a solid example of an LA Ambassador, built like a tank, exactly what you would expect. Selling (along with the 4H I’ve listed and Duo Gravis that I will list soon) to fund purchase of nicer bass trombone.
Condition-wise, it has definitely seen a lot of use before I owned it, but nothing very noticeable in terms of dents/dings, just typical minor damage of a horn its age including some lacquer loss. Does have plating wear to the stockings, pictured below. Counterweight “stem” is slightly crooked, could surely be straightened if you know what you’re doing. Check pics for other details.
