Holton TR160 looking for a good home, I recently bought a Rath R6 and will using that for my main tenor.
I've had this horn since middle school (20 years ago) but it only was played regularly for 5 years, I switched to bass trombone 15 years ago and rarely play tenor until recently. As you can expect the horn went through normal middle school wear and tear, though over the years the horn has had multiple fixes and parts replaced. The biggest area that still has some damage is the bend on the F-attachment tuning slide (see picture), everything else functions properly and the horn plays well. I decided to make a switch because I wanted a horn with a brighter timbre, the TR160 has a great dark texture but I already play with a dark tone.
I'm asking for $1,000 and it comes in the original case.
