T’is the season to clean out the closet, presents and plane tickets must be bought, so it’s time to sell a horn.

Got an Elkhart 88H with an original Thayer valve that I’m looking to sell.

Valve moves smoothly and easily.

Slide is a 8.5/10: it’s got a bit of noise, but moves well. I had a Shires leadpipe and threaded collar added so it properly seats standard large shank mouthpieces as well.

This horn is well loved as can be seen from the pictures, but there aren’t any large dents of note.

Since it’s the giving season, I’ll also include a spare thayer core (I know these things can wear out fast), a case, and the original rotary valve*! Looking for $1,800(or best offer) + shipping (CONUS only) or free pickup in the LA area.
