The 6bs is the small shank fitting version, 6bl is the large bore version

Tomato, the mouthpiece is labeled 6BS (in the picture). According to Denis Wick specifications, a mouthpiece ending in S is small shank. L is large shank. Test this mouthpiece in your Bach 42 and tell me if it fits.
