F.S. Parduba Double-Cup Small Shank

Size 4 1/2; comparing it to the common-sized mouthpieces in my collection the Bach 7C is closest in rim diameter and rim shape (Using the old-fashioned quarter-in-the-cup measuring method) but it is deeper and the throat is smaller.
There is some wear as seen in the pictures.

The Parduba double-cup mouthpieces are very interesting. They're actually quite playable, but ... different.
I have a Parduba * 4½ *, but I seldom play it in public. I measure the inner rim diameter as ~25.10mm, and the throat as 5.85mm (same throat as most Bach small-shank mouthpieces). This makes it (sort of) comparable with a Bach 6¾C.
At this price, it's worth trying!

And, I just realized this is in the wrong place. I meant to post in the classifieds.
