Anyone looking to get rid of a Bach 1.5g?
Just starting out on bass trombone for the first time. Looking for a nice mouthpiece to start off with, and my private lesson teacher told me a 1.5g was a safe bet.

Faxx makes a nice, inexpensive replica that should be readily available. -Joe

Faxx mouthpieces are good German made copies of the proof set of Mount Vernon mouthpieces that were given to an individual when Bach left Mount Vernon. There is most probably less variation than the original Bach produced mouthpieces. They are readily available. If you can’t find one, pm me. I will give you a source.

I’ll echo the sentiments about the Faxx. If you’re still looking to buy one I have one for sale. Welcome to the bass trombone fold!

There's a bit of a difference between a 5G and a 1.5G...
