Just saw this report:

I don't think we clearly state what we do about this in the TOS. Any thoughts? I'll go ahead and edit later tdoay but didn't want to say one thing this morning and then revise later.

I think we should endorse legitimate cites, but clear copyright violations should be removed. I don't know anything about the reported site, but there are many out there with pirated material.
