Hi! Selling my Chicago style Shires.
TB47NLW side, axial valve, standard yellow tuning slide, 7GLW bell. I can include a 1.5, 1.5L or 2L leadpipe.
I am the second owner of this horn and the first owner got it new in 2016. There’s cosmetic wear but nothing that effects sound or playability. There is some acid bleed and a few small dents on the bell. I tried to picture all imperfections. The slide action is great, not perfect but pretty close. The valve action and compression is fantastic. I hate loud valves and this is certainly not one of them.
This horn gets a big sound with a great response, center, and color. I really enjoy playing it, but it is a little too big for the music I play.
Not looking to part it out at the moment.
I can include an old shires protec case for an extra $100 if you want it.
Feel free to message me and ask for more pictures. Asking $3000. Buyer pays shipping. No international shipping.

Hi, just wondering whether you would be interested in trading the bell against a 7ylw?
Best regards from Knut Arne
