SOLD! Hello Fellow Musicians:
I priced this to sell...and it did!
When learning bass trombone, I purchased two Stork Bass Trombone “1.5S” Custom mouthpieces both with the “Symphonic” backbore. One was the “heavyweight” version, and the other was the “regular weight”.
I tested both with my newly acquired bass trombone in the concert bands I was a part of. After several weeks the “regular weight” version seemed to blend best for my playing style. The “heavyweight” version was stored as a backup. This is an older model.
I am asking $55 plus shipping.
As you can see, there no dents and only very minor wear marks on the shank. From the research I did, the width is approximately 28 mm. The “symphonic” backbore is slightly larger than the “regular” size at approximately 7.5mm.
Rather than continue have it sitting in a back drawer, I am selling it at an attractive price to someone who is looking for a more symphonic sound for their bass trombone.
To ensure that it arrives without damage, I will only ship to the 50 states using a traceable USPS padded, Priority Mail carton for $9.45.
Thanks for looking!
