Exactly as the title says, I’m looking for a horn under 2000$ US. I live in the US and am looking for a euphonium.

Suggestion for if nobody has one for sale currently: hop on Facebook marketplace, set your location to the middle of England, search there. I've outfitted our brass band several times over like this. Crazy prices for some of these older models.

If you were looking to buy from a dealer rather than private and were open to buying from England, this might be worth a look:

It looks in more than decent condition, I‘ll confess I‘ve got a weakness for the satin finish so may be a bit biased.
I dealt with the owner of that company, Jenny, in the past. She was very pleasant to deal with and I was very happy with the transaction.

That's more than 2k USD after the currency conversion though.

True, it could be a bit above budget. There might be a bit of negotiating room though, enough to get very close to $2k, if you‘re lucky.
On the other hand, shipping might add at least another $100, maybe more. Also I don‘t know what the import duty is like in the US. Generally better to try before you, if possible so probably better to try and find something in the US.
It is a beautiful horn though, might have been tempted myself if I didn‘t already have an Imperial with sentimental value.
