I have one like this maybe was a 525 slide bore with 7 1/2 bell?

Yes I think that's right Sort of like a an early version of a model 8, but not.

It is a 7-1/2 bell

I believe it is a Model 2

the serial # is 494

494 this is how the numbers appear

On slide is says" PAT.APLD.FOR"

Bore size? I don't know that

the slide movement is very good, a little plating worn off on a small area on one inner slide

art deco type engraving on bell - SEE PHOTOS ATTACHED

I am contacting this forum/chat to find out what a fair price might be for this trombone or if there is anyone interested in the horn.
