Well, I've gone and done it. I went on a buying spree and now our business is neck deep in open-box Bach, Conn, and King trombones.

What is open box you ask? Great question! These are instruments we purchased directly from the manufacturer that for some reason could not be sold as brand new. This might mean they were a loaner, or they have some minor cosmetic defect, or in most cases, I have no idea and cannot figure what the issue is. They have never had a private owner and are guaranteed to play like new and look like new from at least 3 feet away.

Since these are not technically new they do not have the manufacturer's warranty but we match the normal manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects with our own shop warranty-if you have a manufacturing defect problem just contact us and we will take care of it. We also offer an unconditional 30 day return policy on everything we sell-if it isn't the right horn for you, we don't want you to have it!
