Just got a new bass setup from Doug. I had bought the same configuration in 2021, but this same configuration from 2022 plays better. He’s started using some voodoo magic on them, and WOW, what a difference. Send the man some business.

I'm eagerly awaiting an order. Doug having his machine messed up means the order took a long time. Hopefully soon!

My parts were much older, and I also changed from LT to XT, but I've still been completely blown away at the 2022 pieces I've tried so far. Really amazing stuff! I've been a fan of Doug's system for a very long time, and it boggles the mind how he can continue to improve such great designs, but he sure does find a way.

I replaced my XT setup for my tenor, bass set up, and im about to order an XT setup for euphonium. I sent him and email and basically said “if I had known these were better than last years models, I’d have bought more”. And I am.

I just got the mouthpiece I ordered from him last August. They do seem to improve every time!
