Hi all
I’m selling a 1955 Mt Vernon Bach 50b.
The bell and valve section are in great condition but do show signs of repairs at some stage. Oddly, the bell is 10inchs, not the usual 9.5.
The slide inners and outers have been replaced, and there is a custom nickel crook added at some point. I believe all work was done by Bret Gustafson in Adelaide, Australia.
The horn is all raw brass and comes with a used MB bass case.
The trombone is located in Melbourne Australia so buyer must pay for shipping.
If interested, please get in touch via email at

$4200 USD
Cheers

Hi, I have seen a number of 9.75" MVs, is this all the way to 10" or just shy of it?
Thanks,
Benn

Hi Benn, I just double checked, it’s bang on 10inchs.
