Hey trombone forum, i’m asking for any peashooter jazz horns around my budget of $1k. Really open to anything but would love some old horns that have been taken care of. Keeping an eye out for King 3b, Selmer triple-threats, old Bachs…

Joe,
Trevorspaulding376 and greenbean are honest and responsible trombone "resellers" (as are most of the rest of us). You can trust what they say (good and bad) about their listings.
You should be able to find your dream "peashooter" without ever leaving TromboneChat!
Good luck.

I assume by peashooter that you mean less than 0.500 bore. Dillon’s and Doug Bert at Brass Exchange have some. I have had good luck with both. If you mean less than 0.480 then those are a little bit rarer. Holton, Reynolds, Conn, King, Martin, and Olds all made horns above 0.480 that are in somewhat larger supply.
If you are skinny any will work. If not refer to the slide width thread on this site. At or below neck size 18 or below anything is okay. Above that the Olds Super starts getting offset on my mouth for the goose neck to get around my neck. A King 2B will work at least up to neck size 20. Bart van Lier trombones can be purchased new. Even the old ones are probably above your budget. They appear to have wide slides available.
My apologies to women in advance. I don’t know your blouse sizes.

Doug Bert's Brass Exchange is now handling sales for DJ. Many horns have been listed, with a whole lot more to come. Anyone who needs a small horn should visit the shop in St. Louis. The local BBQ alone is worth the trip!

He is in good spirits considering, as Trevor said it’s not our place.
