I have a used Pickett Ko#5 large shank mouthpiece. It does have a couple of blemishes on the finish. Feel free to message with questions, thanks!

Just a quick note that I learned when I played on Pickett mouthpieces - they measure in a slightly different place than most other manufacturers, so the specs that they provide don't correspond to other similar mouthpieces out there. The Pickett 4 that I played on felt very similar in size to a Bach or Wick 4, but the specs made it look noticeably bigger. A call to the shop confirmed this for me.
