Getzen custom red bass trombone 3062AFR bell - 9.5” 22 gauge with soldered rim.

Take a look at the pictures. This bell is in used but very good shape. There are very few super minor scratches and no dents. Asking for $600 obo.

Any chance you'd be interested in swapping it for a used Edwards 1239CF bell that is fitted for Getzen bell spacing? It was my daily bell on my 3062 for several years but I moved to a screw-bell set-up and haven't used this bell since.

I'm not really up for trading at this time. Thanks for asking!

22 gauge is on the lighter side, correct? Why are you selling ? Likes and dislikes? Thx.

Edwards advertises 21, 22, and 23. So 22 is their "medium" gauge, 23 light, and 21 heavy. They claim their double buffing process shifts is to be an in between size if the bell has it, so a 23 with double buffing would be like a 23.5. I want to say I've also seen 20 gauge bells from them too fwiw.

I've been using the Getzen yellow bell for a while. Both are great sounding bells but I don't need both.

Let me know if you change your mind on trades. My Edwards bell is the same spec as the yellow 3062 bell, and it's already fitted for Getzen bell spacing. Could make for a good back-up or screwbell conversion, like I did to my yellow 3062 bell.

That's something to think about. What condition is your bell in? Can I get a few pictures?

Sure, DM me your email address and I'll try to send them this weekend. It's in good condition but it's definitely used. Your red bell seems to be in better condition.
