Howdy y'all, I went to Pokorny Seminar this last week. In a nutshell, it was a life-changing experience (if you're a trombone nerd like myself).

If you're thinking about playing orchestral trombone or tuba, or if you just want to get golden information from the top people in the game for a few days, I'd go. Despite the fact that I'm NOT only an orchestral player and I have to take a week away from work, I'm thinking about going again next year.

Quite the faculty! I've met about half of them, but to work with all of them in the course of a few days must've been a treat.
