Reschofsky piece for trombone and orchestra

I recently acquired the sheet music for a piano reduction of Konzert-Phantasie for trombone and orchestra (pub. F.E.C. Leuckart, 1963) by Hungarian composer Alex (aka Alexander, aka Sándor) Reschofsky (1887-1972).
I've never heard of this composer, let alone the piece, and am wondering if anyone out there knows anything about it? Who was it written for, commissioned by, premiered by?
It's an interesting piece with hints of Klezmer by way of the composer's use of the fourth mode of the harmonic minor scale (aka Romanian Minor or Ukrainian Dorian scale). The tessitura of the trombone part is generally high, with a range from F2 to D5.
