The newer Bach slides have removable lead pipes, and i'm interested in what other threads can work with these newer Bach slides. I have a BrassArk MV42 with Shires threads that i'd really like to use on my Bach trombone. thanks

Wow. I didn't know Bach were threading their pipes now. I wonder if they're just using Conn leadpipe threads.

I’m guessing they have Conn threads if it isn’t tie old wing but style. If that’s the case you can do robs it use this adapter:
<LINK_TEXT text="https://instrumentinnovations.com/fine- ... dpipe-nut/">https://instrumentinnovations.com/fine-od-coarse-id-leadpipe-nut/</LINK_TEXT>
That would let you use shires, Kanstul, Brassark, and Edwards pipes iirc.
