Here is a 50-year-old horn in great shape in the original case. This is a dual-bore .485/.500 and it plays great. Nice, open blow and LOTS of output. This horn is loud! Its nice condition is surprising given that most of these were owned by students and have been beat to death. No dents to speak of, slide alignment is good, tuning slide works well, and water key is new. Slide action is at least 8.5/10. There is a small amount of scratchiness that I could happily ignore and will probably go away with play/clean/repeat. The mouthpiece receiver is standard small-shank size, so there is no need to find special mouthpieces. Case works well. $300 shipped to CONUS.
