Got a real, real nice '75-'77ish ropey engraving 3B Silversonic for sale.
Basically immaculate. Couple tiny scratches, wear spots on slide braces. Doesn't even have water spots in the bell.
Slide is a good 9/10
And yes, it plays great. Big dark sound, no quirks. I just can't keep a horn this shiny- I have a beater 3B/F for the things I would use this for!
Only defect I can find is a spot near the bell brace. Someone may have put it on a stand too hard... not sure. This was disclosed to my by the previous owner and doesn't seem to change much of anything.
$2250, no case.
