There used to be a big Yamaha model list in google docs, but that seems to have been taken down. I'm not typically a Yamaha guy, but I've been curious about a few models recently. Is there anything like Conn Loyalist out there for Yamaha?

Yes, exactly like that. Bookmarked. Thanks.

That's the best I've found, but it does have a lot of models with no data.

Looks like it's a great resource, but unusable for me - the pages are "oversize" so the right and left sides of the page (including the Model Numbers) are cut off!

Is this just on my computer? :idk:

Works fine for me. I'm using Vivaldi on a display that is 1600x900 at 90% magnification.

I would check the magnification of the screen page in your browser and try a smaller one. If you can't read it at the smaller magnification, you may need a different computer with a higher resolution screen.

try using full screen or stretch out the browser window.

It looks like it doesn’t adjust for vertical displays such as phones prperly

On my laptop, I have to shrink the page with "command +/-" or "control +/-" to make bigger or smaller.

Aha! On my Windows computer & laptop, the resizing is done by Ctrl + (larger) and Ctrl - (smaller).

Thanks Tom! :good:

This list doesn't have the Japan only models. Are those listed somewhere or at least included with the rest of the models? The US Yamaha site doesn't include them either.

Many of them are there. Check out the 882U, etc, which say Japan only. There are many others, like 841, 8410, 842, 8420, etc, that don't indicate Japan Only but I believe they were.

Also, I think the "Japan only" issue may be more complicated than we might think. I believe there were models that were for Japan and Europe and others for Japan and the rest of Asia, and so on.
