Ship times for Sheridan get-a-grip

Hi everyone,

I ordered a Sheridan get-a-grip a little under a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I was wondering if anyone knows typically how long these take to ship or if there is a recommended way to get in touch with the shop.

I too ordered one about a month ago. No communicated shipment as of today. Hope everything is okay with Mr. Sheridan as he’s usually on top of things.

I'm actually concerned. I ordered an instrument from him and was sent the wrong bell, case, and leadpipes (though maybe the lead pipes are forgivable). He seemed confused when I told him it was the wrong instrument and alluded to it having been intended for someone else... that was 11 days ago. I'm still waiting on him to send the correct bell and case.

I’ve ordered 3 get-a-grips in the past and I don’t think any of them took less than a month to get to me.

I love them enough to deal with the wait….

I ordered one a few months ago and it took about 3ish weeks for it to be shipped and delivered. Actual ship was about 3-4 days and no contact about the delivery until I got an email about it. I hope he’s doing well..

I ordered a couple of them and each took a while to receive. First one over a month and second about the same.

I just got notification that mine shipped so hopefully everything is alright now.
