Getzen & Edwards leadpipes interchangeable?...

Not that you asked, but the tuning slides are interchangeable as well.

The 3047's work with Edwards tuning slides too. So just the basses won't interchange?

The tuning slides from Getzen and Edwards are interchangeable. Just not handslides.
