I’m selling here my Besson BE944R tenor trombone. Besson was one of the first trombone maker to instal the Hagmann valve beginning to do that in the early 90s. Making one of the most budget friendly pro trombones Besson went bankrupt in 2005/2006. Buffet Crampon bought the brand with the construction plans of the Besson horns and sadly decided to stop the production of Besson trombones.
This trombone is kind of a Conn 88H copy with a 2-piece red brass bell. It‘s complete dentfree and the lacquer looks like new. The Hagmann valve is in very good conditions with a super compression. The handslide moves fast and fast. It just has a acid bleeding on one of the crook ferules.
All in all this horn is in nearly new conditions and a super pro horn at a very attractive budget asking just 1,800 € including the original case and a free shipping worldwide. This horn sounds big and open having a super cool feeling playing it. I hope it finds a good new home and will be enjoyed as it should. For more infos drop me a mail or pm.
