Any recommendations for a compact sleek case that fits a Bach 36 straight horn? it's been confirmed that a SKB doesn't fit it.

Anyone use a Bam Softpack or know if the Eastman case will be available soon?

I have put a straight 36 in a SKB case but that was a long time ago and I had to compress the foam in places to have it fit. I wouldn’t say it was a great fit but it worked.

The small Cronkite bag works well for a Bach 36.

How about the new Bach cases?

really the perfect thing is a restored corp era French case. Not so common though. Not sure if the 36 cases are the same as the 42 cases, but I think one of the latter was for sale recently.

I've got an Eastman fiberglass case that I use for my 8h and 79h among other things. It fits f attachments if you need it to. Should easily accommodate a 36. Very solid case, protective and looks good.

Allied Supply have a case which is a dead ringer for the old Bach French cases. Very reasonably priced. Pretty decent case, too.
