I know this is old, but is this mouthpiece still available and does it happen to have a model number stamped on it somewhere?

The model is Remington - these were the signature mouthpiece associated with Emory Remington, the Eastman Trombone Professor for over 50 years. The gold Constellation version was a bit more rare than the silver ones that came with the 88H and 8H trombones. They have a slightly different fit to the shank - designed to go with a different taper on the large bore Conn receivers on the slide.

Oh that is right! I was thinking of the small shank Connstellation mouthpieces that have some different numbered models. Thanks for the clarification!
