You should take it to a qualified tech. Most parts for a 100-year-old horn have been obsolete for decades. A good tech will measure the outside diameter of the stockings and attempt to match it with new tubes that are within .001 inch. From there, you will need to determine if you want a soldered or removable leadpipe. I would estimate that there is only about a 30-40% chance that the original leadpipe can be removed and used in the newer inner slide.

You are probably looking at about $200-280 in parts and about $200-300 in labor. However, if you like the sound and playing qualities of the horn, it should be a solid investment. I have played a couple of those older 6H models. They were considered “symphonic” horns back then and play different than the popular 6H models of a few decades later.
