This is it. The Holy Grail of mouthpieces. This one is in fair condition and is the last one I kept out of about 8 examples of this mouthpiece. Rim is comfortable and this is a fairly snappy example. Would be great for a jazz band or for an example that isn't too dark. The latter is why I hung onto it for so long! Let me know if you have any other questions!

Doug Elliott 90's era 116 LB rim - $50 - https://imgur.com/a/oQ6WDAm

These 90's era rims are pretty groovy. They're heavier than Doug's current rims and have a different outer shape. The gold plate is still in good shape. If you're looking for a cheap LB rim or something a bit heavier this is it! Screws on perfectly to modern Elliott LB pieces.
