I have a similar Rudy Muck trombone. It plays really nicely, but it is a very small playing horn. This one looks really similar. I think it's a 7.25 bell and 485/500 bore. Mine had the slides replaced with olds ambassador parts. I think I have an ad selling it and it was definitely lower than this price point if you wanted to own a Muck.

The braces look kinda Olds-ish, but they're not quite the same shape. The end parts look like they've got flats ground or machined into them, while the equivalent Olds parts have a slightly rounded "crown". You can see a sharp transition from the flats to the rounded portion on the Mück braces; on Olds braces it's a smooth blend.

Olds was granted a US patent for their streamline Super brace in 1938. That patent expired in 1952, so there would have been no restriction on anyone wanting to produce a similar design.

There's some other Olds-ish styling cues (the slide lock, for example), but those, too, are just a bit different..
