You're supposed to drill a screw hole THROUGH the tubing or bell to mount it on the wall.

Nah. Too much work for this Chinese POC. Two cup hooks do the job nicely.

Zoom in and notice the bell section is attached to the slide with tape.

That doesn't look like duct tape...I think code requires 3ft of duct tape for a proper repair on an alto.
