Embouchure trouble

Since I’ve started playing trombone, whenever I play a lot, especially in the higher register, my teeth will feel like they’re getting pushed back and I will have marks on the inside of my lips where the mouthpiece would push. Obviously this is because I use too much pressure, and I’ve kind of just dealt with it up until now. I don’t want this happening anymore, so I really wanna fix it.
I’ve tried for the past few weeks, but what I’ve found is that no embouchure feels comfortable. It feels like I’m working way too hard, and I think I change it almost every time that I play. Additionally, I still feel pressure on my top two teeth, even when I’m deliberately trying not to push. I feel very stuck right now. Help please.

I want to, but I don’t know how to contact him. I can’t find an email address, and it won’t let me dm him on here or anything. Is there any other way to get in contact?
