I am selling a Holton 180 bass trombone.
The most interesting feature about this bass trombone is for shure the super large throat yellow brass bell (9,5" diameter) with unsoldered rim.
I have never seen a Holton bass with a yellow brass bell.
It has the original Holton engraving from the 70ies on it.
Slide has no chrome loss and no red rot on the slide crook. Action is excellent.
Original leadpipe has never been removed.
Valve compression is like new.
The linkage has been converted to split triggers with minibal linkage.
There is also thumb rest installed which can be easily adjusted or removed.
The D-slide for the second valve is made of gold brass and was made by Stephan Schmidt in germany.
I still have the original Eb slide bow.
The horn has no damage, no dents, no chrome loss...
The sound is super huge and the horn is very very easy to play.
Asking 2000$
Will ship worldwide
Paypal preferred
