I have a custom Jean Cavallaro case cover for the old French style Bach 42B case. See the attached photos for the case measurements - this might fit a 36B case as well. Years ago, I sent Jean these measurements and she made the cover to fit. It's fleece lined and somewhat waterproof. So, if your old Bach case is looking ratty or the latches are broken, this might be for you (especially if you're one of those people who use a bungee cord to keep your case shut). The cover is in great condition, and the zipper is not damaged in any way.

that the first time i see a case cover like that. the are made of canvas material . that must be water proof ?

It's the only time you'll see one, as it is one of only two like it in the world (the other one is for a Bach 16 case). Jean Cavallaro is retired now, so there will never be another one.

It's not canvas, but a black synthetic fabric of some type. It would be fine in the rain, but I wouldn't throw it in the bath tub.
