For those of you unfamiliar with Pickett mps, the 3S is considered shallow but has a cup depth of about a Doug Elliot G cup, so there is nothing very shallow to it at all. The C rim is more Bach like and the R more rounded; it has a inner diameter similar to a Bach 3g.
The 4m is a bit deeper than an S cup, in other words a bit deeper than a G cup. The inner diameter is closer to that of a Bach 4g.
Both are the standard weight cups.
