Selling one of my personal euphoniums. I've owned this one about 15 years and have used it for my whole career thus far. It is a vintage original Marzan model 4 valve compensating euphonium, made by Willson Band Instruments in Switzerland probably in the late 1970s or early 1980s. This is the original instrument design that has become the current Model 2975 (which is over $10k for a new one from Willson if they will even make it) This one has a large shank receiver and makes a wonderful sound. It is set up like a mini tuba with the 4 pistons on the front and the bell facing the left side. Perfect for tenor tuba excerpts like Planets, Bydlo, Heldenleben etc. Tuba friends love it because the bell faces in the same direction as their instruments. It gets a lot of attention everywhere you go with it. Excellent low register with great intonation. It has some wear and dents from use but overall in good condition. Satin silver finish. It has larger finger buttons on it so it feels more like a tuba than a euphonium. I had the valves aligned by Bob Reeves. Buyer pays shipping. Open to a trade for a Hirsbrunner Euphonium. $5500
