I'm selling my Bach 42B bell section, yellow brass and traditional wrap, mated with a dual-bore .527/.547 lightweight nickle-silver slide. In excellent condition, some minor repairs and lacquer wear (mainly on the hand grip) but overall looks good. Thoroughly clean and in good repair. Slide is smooth, rotor and tuning slides all work as they should. Ready-to-play with no issues.
The dual-bore slide brightens up the sound a bit, and to me it feels and sounds mid-way between a 42 and 36.
The slide is identical to a 42 in length and width so no tuning issues. I love this horn, but am trying to downsize and I have 2 42B's and a 36B, so it is a bit redundant.
Includes Bach case also in good condition.
$1350. + shipping and PayPal fee. Located in Central NJ, would love to sell locally and will travel an hour in any direction to meet.
