Hi Guys, anyone on here tried The Stratos Performer by Marcus Reynolds?
I've seen some good reviews, but nothing better than real testimonies.
Cheers,
Baz

What are you trying to correct in your playing that you hope this device will help you with?

I'm a returning player, and instruction where I live is not possible, so trying to start all over after a 45 year break. From watching the videos and comments etc I thought this may help in retraining my positioning etc, as I do not have a teacher to assist.

You have Skype, Zoom, etc.
A lot more valuable than random videos, comments, and devices.
If you want real valid advice that works, have a lesson.

While that device is interesting to a degree, it is meant for very specific situations - I do not have an opinion if it's a good approach in those cases - and certainly not a good choice for general embouchure direction. I wouldn't generally dispose videos/YouTube etc, but you need to find the right stuff which isn't easy. plus as a returning player you often will need esplanatory context.
