ITEM HAS SOLD
For sale is a Greg Black New York 1GS in medium weight. This is from the line of New York bass mouthpieces that were exhibited at the most recent ITF. This model has a 29.00 inner diameter, just like the standard 1G, but with the wider New York rim and a shallow bass "S" cup. The backbore and throat are identical to the other stock bass models (NOT the .312 #2). Would be an ideal mouthpiece for someone looking for more ease and consistency throughout the horn, or a serious tenor/bass doubler.
To my knowledge, J. Landress is the only shop that sells these, and they are currently out of stock of all NY bass pieces. Brand new, they cost $239.
