The British Trombone Society invites you all to join us in a massed video for International Trombone Week 2023. I've composed a piece specially for the occasion, using the theme by Henry Purcell from Britten’s Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra.

The deadline for videos is this Sunday(!) so I'm trying to get more trombones to send their videos in - at the moment I have one! (eek)

I know I've helped a few video creators out over the past few years, plus doing the TromboneChat video the past two Christmases, so I'm calling in a favour. Have a blow through the chart, and send in your video ASAP!

I saw this today. Cool project. I uploaded a couple videos. Amateur contribution from a British trombonist in the US.

That was fun to watch (and I am sure to play). Great creative job stitching together the video, Michael. :good:

Thanks all! I'm really pleased with how the arrangement turned out, and everyone loved playing it. It's available to buy through my website if anyone is looking for new pieces to play with their trombone choir.
